The judge expressed concern about Paul’s volatility, referencing a recent video showing her attacking Mortensen in front of her daughter. The judge mentioned worries about Paul not realizing when her children are exposed to harm.<\/p>\n

Mortensen’s lawyer claimed that Paul can be reckless and out of control around the children. However, Paul’s attorney defended her, arguing that she poses no risk and criticizes Mortensen for supposedly inciting situations.<\/p>\n
