Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette Kennedy\u2019s tragic romance.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to <em>Vanity Fair<\/em>, Hines said, \u201cMaybe Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton\u2026 they have the right intensity,\u201d suggesting the iconic couple\u2019s tumultuous relationship could inspire the next installment.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor and Burton famously fell in love on the set of <em>Cleopatra<\/em>\u2014while Elizabeth was married to Eddie Fisher and Richard to Sybil Williams\u2014and went on to star in 11 films together. They married in 1964, divorced in 1974, remarried a year later, and finally separated in 1976. Even decades later, Elizabeth\u2014who passed away in 2011\u2014believed they might have reunited if not for Burton\u2019s death in 1984, telling Barbara Walters in 1997, \u201cWe were so passionately in love\u2026 we loved each other almost too much.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As season one of <em>Love Story<\/em> nears its finale, which depicts the 1999 plane crash that killed JFK Jr. and Carolyn, Constance Zimmer\u2014who plays Carolyn\u2019s mother Ann Freeman\u2014warned the episode will be \u201cvery, very difficult\u201d to watch. She added, \u201cWe all know what\u2019s coming.
