Judge’s Concern Over Taylor Frankie Paul’s ‘Volatile’ Behavior Risks Custody

Taylor Frankie Paul has been granted supervised visits with her and Dakota Mortensen’s 2-year-old son in a temporary custody arrangement. The decision allows Paul to see her son for up to six hours per week until the next court hearing on April 30.

Judge’s Concerns

The judge expressed concern about Paul’s volatility, referencing a recent video showing her attacking Mortensen in front of her daughter. The judge mentioned worries about Paul not realizing when her children are exposed to harm.

Legal Arguments

Mortensen’s lawyer claimed that Paul can be reckless and out of control around the children. However, Paul’s attorney defended her, arguing that she poses no risk and criticizes Mortensen for supposedly inciting situations.

Court Proceedings and Charges

An attorney representing their son, Ever, agreed with the decision for supervised visits due to Paul’s past physical aggression. The ex-couple will return to court at the end of the month regarding protection orders and custody issues.

Previously, Mortensen obtained temporary custody following an alleged altercation with Paul, during which she was caught on camera being physically aggressive. These incidents have halted filming of “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.”

Paul pleaded guilty to aggravated assault while other charges were dropped. Her representative criticized Mortensen’s actions as a campaign against Paul, while Mortensen called his accuser’s claims baseless.
