Howard Stern’s Ex-Assistant Reveals Legal Battle Over ‘Immense Pressure’

Howard Stern’s former executive assistant, Leslie Kuhn, has filed a lawsuit against Stern and his wife, Beth, alleging a hostile work environment at their Hamptons home. The lawsuit also details her claims of witnessing questionable business operations.

Lawsuit Details

Kuhn worked for the Sterns for two years, overseeing staff and household operations, including Beth’s at-home feline rescue. She claims to have faced immense pressure due to these activities and observed disorganized business practices.

Non-Disclosure Agreement Controversy

The lawsuit alleges that Kuhn was asked to sign an NDA preventing her from discussing the Stern family’s personal lives and activities. This agreement would cover a wide range of personal details and business matters.

Termination and Allegations

In December, Howard’s production company promised Kuhn a salary increase and bonus. However, by February 2026, she was terminated. Kuhn is seeking to void the NDA so she can speak openly about her experience.

Kuhn’s lawyer stated that she feels unfairly restricted by the NDA, highlighting the significant power imbalance between her and the Sterns. The couple has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
